$950.00 per week, based on a four person occupancy. $150/night for a shorter stay. Additional person per night: $15.00 each. The cottage can sleep a total of six.

Sweet Pea Cottage Payment terms- We accept cash, certified check, or money order. A 25% deposit is required within ten days of a reservation booking. Balance to be paid in full ten days prior to arrival.

Sweet Pea Cottage Cancellations and Refunds- Cancellations made one month before arrival date will receive full refund. Reservations cancelled within one month of arrival date will result in full loss of deposit. Check in time: After 2pm Check out time: 11am. Please no smoking inside or pets.
